ACCOUNT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Prepare reports on account status
Qualifications & Experience
• Upper-Intermediate English level or better is a must
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Personal qualities: self-confidence, perseverance, persuasion, high communication skills, quick learner and result-oriented

Account manager serves as the link between us and the customers they’ve been assigned to handle. They listen carefully to a client’s needs and figure out ways to achieve these objectives. Account manager develops and maintains favorable relationships with new and existing clients in order to increase revenue. Ensures that organizational services consistently meet client needs. As the primary day-to-day contact for customers, the Account Manager is a critical team member and helps set the tone for the organization.
