RECRUITER
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the recruitment team to understand the overall needs and requirements to develop job postings on various job board sites (i.e. DOU, Linkedin, Bullhorn Reach)
• Participate in full life-cycle of recruiting including: pre-screening candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, reviewing resumes and assessing candidates’ applications
• Maintain a regular supply of “fresh” candidates
• Build recruitment relationships through various avenues, such as job boards, job fairs etc.
• Effectively utilize various technologies and tools to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in our market
• Implement ideas and strategies to contribute to the future growth of the company

Qualifications & Experience
• 1+ years of IT recruiting experience is a must
• Solid working experience with different social recruiting and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
• Ability to establish a strong rapport with candidates, team members, hiring managers, and clients
• Ability to be self-motivated and self-directed as well as working within a team
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through capabilities with the ability to take initiative
• Great Positive Attitude
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
