SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement social media and promotion strategies aimed to drive leads generation
• Grow communities and communicate with them across different media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram)
• Develop content strategy and create a consistent content flow that implements the strategy across different channels
• Maintain a consistent voice that promotes company’s services and values
• Monitor and address negative comments across various social media platforms
• Perform ongoing market research to identify new trends, tools, existing and potential communities
• Track SMM activities, analyze achievements and initiate ideas of performance improvement
• Coordinate with the rest of the community management team to synchronize the key messages

Qualifications & Experience
• Proven experience in SMM
• Deep understanding and proven experience using SMM and digital marketing tools
• Creative writing skills, ability to feel and adjust the proper tone for a specific platform
• Experience managing communications through Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram
• Ability to generate promo ideas and implement communication activities across different media channels (special offers, contests, targeting, etc)
• English level — advanced/fluent level
• Strong ‘get things done’ approach
